New Beginning

After coaching since July 2002, I would like a place for my clients to have access to stories, articles , quotes, and actions to assist them to move through the stress in their lives. This blog is a first for me. I am certain that it will evolve as my knowledge and awareness evolves. I would enjoy receiving comments and feedback on the things I add. I am looking forward to this!
