Jayna Taylor - Life Coach: I became a life coach after struggling with anxiety and depression and going through the course “Attacking Anxiety and Depression” through the Lucinda’s Basset company The Midwest Center. I knew that I wanted to help other people through the challenges of life and started coaching. I’ve been coaching since July 2002 both with The Midwest Center and independently. While I specialize in helping people with anxiety and depression, I’ve also helped many clients with time management, career changes and goal setting. I love what I do and being an influential part of someone’s life is incredible and very rewarding. If you’re considering working with a coach, I’d love to talk to you to see if we are a fit.
